Good to stay here well at location and amenities. Available stay here at the hotel the staff work was really appreciable good stay here

Worst Experience: Despite being charged for 3-star facilities, the room lacked basic amenities like mosquito protection, a functional water kettle, and replenished water bottles after cleaning. The bathroom had multiple issues—an old broken washbasin, lack of space, no hand shower, an uncovered glass partition in the shower area, an improperly fitted jet spray, and no place for bath towels. Mosquitoes added to the discomfort. While the vegetarian food was good, the restaurant staff lacked politeness during breakfast.

There wasn't any proper information provided by the check-in waiter. The service phone wasn't working and even the numbers mentioned there. Hot water wasn't available in the washroom.

The room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and spacious enough for two. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there were little touches like soft linens, romantic lighting, and a soothing color palette that made the space feel intimate. Plus, the in-room amenities like the bathtub, e.g.,enhanced the experience.

Zero room service. Housekeeping didn't bring water inspite of calling for multiple times. Charged for water the next day. Also staff wasn't friendly. The check-in was at 1 pm, had to wait for an hour for room cleaning. Ordered coffee, which came white as milk and staff refused to add more coffee decoction. Not a very great experience overall.
